A Program That Grows With Your Family

There’s no single path for every family. This program was designed to grow alongside you, offering support that adjusts as your child and your needs change.

1. Assessment

Assessment via Parent Interview

This assessment begins with a detailed conversation focused on you and your child. We take time to understand your concerns, daily routines, strengths, challenges, and what life looks like at home. This process centers on your perspective as a parent. The goal is to build a clear picture of your child’s needs and priorities before moving forward.

2. Areas of Learning and Support

This section helps you understand why behaviors happen and what purpose they serve. Rather than focusing only on stopping behaviors, we explore what your child is communicating through them. You’ll learn the core principles of ABA in a practical, easy-to-understand way so you can begin to recognize patterns, triggers, and needs in everyday situations.

Proactive strategies focus on setting things up for success before challenges arise. Parents learn how small adjustments to routines, environments, communication, and expectations can significantly reduce frustration throughout the day.
When challenging behaviors happen, how you respond matters. In this part of the program, parents learn supportive, in-the-moment responses that prioritize safety, reduce escalation, and help children regain a sense of calm.
Sometimes small changes in the environment can make a big difference. In this part of the program, parents learn how to adjust surroundings, routines, and expectations to better support their child’s needs.
This section focuses on how new skills are taught in a clear, supportive way. Parents learn practical methods for teaching communication, independence, daily living skills, and other important abilities through everyday interactions. These strategies are tailored to your child’s pace and strengths, helping learning feel achievable and meaningful rather than overwhelming.
The treatment plan outlines what support will focus on and which goals are being worked toward. It’s created by gathering information, observations, and input to decide what will be addressed and how.

3. Behavior Plan

The behavior plan brings everything together into one clear guide. It includes background information, assessment findings, what may trigger behaviors, how behaviors are supported, and the finalized goals and strategies.

4. Follow Up

These sessions provide ongoing guidance and support as you apply strategies in daily life. They focus on reviewing progress, answering questions, and adjusting support as your child grows.

Let’s Answer a Few Common Questions

Why is parent participation essential?
Parents are the ones supporting their child every day. Parent training helps caregivers understand what’s happening, what to focus on, and how to respond in ways that support progress over time.
Sessions are collaborative and practical. Parents review what’s been happening, ask questions, and receive guidance on how to adjust strategies based on their child’s needs.
When parents feel more confident and consistent, children have more opportunities to practice skills. This often leads to clearer communication, better participation, and more progress across situations.
It can be a good fit for families who want guidance, structure, and support. A discovery call helps determine whether this program aligns with your family’s needs.
Every family is different, but many parents report feeling more confident and prepared. Changes tend to happen gradually as understanding and consistency increase.
The first step is scheduling a discovery call. This allows time to talk through concerns, ask questions, and decide on next steps together.
