Get to Know One Piece of the Bunch
Hi! I am Tiffany Rigal, founder of Blooming Potential. My husband and I have an 8-year-old daughter, Lily. She is incredibly smart, funny, witty, gentle, affectionate, and so thoughtful. My husband Jay and I have been married since 2012. He is a Captain at the West Monroe Police Department. He’s such an incredible leader to
his shift and embodies what it means to serve and protect our community. They, along with my relationship with God, are the biggest inspirations in life. We have five dogs who make our home extra fun and loving! I am so excited to share my heart and passion with you!
Seeds Were Planted
Looking back now, I can see the seeds were sown long before it was ever a concept to me. My younger brother was diagnosed with Autism at 3 years old. Not being able to help him when he struggled to communicate or when he was upset was so defeating to me as his sister. My mom dug into researching and eventually started the first clinic in the area as a nonprofit (The Einstein Academy) before insurance covered services for ABA for those with Autism (then called Autism Learning Center). Through learning ABA principles while helping there, I developed an even bigger passion for helping kids who were struggling in different ways. At that time, access to complete an ABA curriculum was limited. I chose to pursue speech therapy and became a Speech-Language Pathologist. As I began my professional journey, I quickly felt that I could do more to help my clients and families, and then began coursework towards becoming certified as a behavior analyst. That then lead to bringing Blooming Potential to life.

Everyone Continues to Grow
We are surrounded by incredible kids every single day. They make our day amazing by being who they are! That also echoes with our team members. We are very thoughtful in our selection of team members, and each of them brings fun when they walk through the door! Part of making our work day flow is maintaining an environment of communication, support, and meaningful relationships to establish a comfortable and professional setting. In my work life, my inspiration is providing ethical, evidence-based treatment with a core emphasis on compassionate care and strong client relationships. The goal is to guide clients and families through challenges, fostering independence and happiness. Simultaneously, Blooming Potential aims for financial success to compensating skilled employees dedicated to delivering these essential services. I find joy in being part of the growth of our clients, but also the growth of our team members in reaching their best versions of themselves personally and professionally.
